Academy & Junior Par 3 Course
We are creating high-quality practice facilities for a golf course in Leicestershire which is presently under construction including an academy practice area with a chipping green and practice putting green and a junior par 3 course.

Golf Courses on Holiday Parks
At Allhallows Caravan Park in Kent Steve designed a 9-hole, par 3 golf course, situated on the banks of the River Thames. The course contains a variety of lengths of par 3 holes in the style of an open links course which is aimed at being easy and fun to play for the whole family.
At the Lakelands Holiday Village in Cumbria, Steve designed an executive course which was carefully laid out over a World War II airfield and includes several listed period buildings. The design of the course is aimed at being fun for the whole family and in a sustainable way requiring low maintenance, with large areas of wildflowers and long grass to encourage wildlife and help retain the open character of the landscape and setting for the historic buildings.
Nyoum Mostakbal Golf & Footgolf
Steve is presently working at a new development located on the outskirts of Cairo in Egypt, which combines a par 3 golf course with the design of a footgolf course and includes a junior course, an adventure golf putting green, as well as several practice pitching and chipping greens to complete a great fun place aimed at the enjoyment of the whole family.
Unfortunately as of January 2025, we are presently trying to contact Arab Holdings Ltd as they have not paid for our golf design work, since taking over from Mr Amer from the Porto Group in 2023, so we hope this project can still progress.
